Shipping policy

Orders ship from our California warehouse. Free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territory shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; estimates vary by destination.

If you have any questions, issues or need assistance with tracking your order please use the 'Contact' link on top of this page. We will respond within 24 hours to your email. Tracking information is usually available within one business day from when you place your order.

Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they ready. The latest estimate for when pre-orders will ship is displayed on the pre-order purchase button. This is our best estimate at the time the order is placed. If the actual delivery date is expected to be 2 weeks or more later than expected we will email all affected customers.

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time prior to shipping. Email biz@bohorow.com if you'd like to cancel a pre-order.
